We are committed to hygiene and cleanliness, which is why all our teams have been mobilised to strengthen the health and safety protocols in our hotel. We implement additional measures, complying with the latest recommendations on hygiene and cleaning, to guarantee the safety of our guests and our co-workers. The measures put in place cover a wide range of topics, from implementing preventive measures to recommendations for maintenance and cleaning products, including cleaning procedures for rooms and common areas and the necessary reduction in the offer of services.

Strengthening hygiene and cleaning measures

Here are the principal actions we have implemented:

  • Comprehensive cleaning of all rooms, bathrooms and common areas before our hotel was reopened
  • Cleaning of common areas, in particular door handles, switches and room keys between customers/li>
  • Each room is blocked for 24 hours after a guest leaves (subject to availability)
  • Change of cleaning equipment between each room, particularly dusters and microfibre wipes
  • Systematic change of all linen and all the amenities products available in the rooms between each guest
  • Use of EN 14476 + A2 officially approved disinfectants and detergents

Simplifying our offer

The current health crisis has forced us to reduce our offer of services to guarantee your safety during your stay:

  • In order to guarantee a minimum catering service, we offer you our BOCO option, a simple, safe and gourmet room service solution

Distribution of face coverings and hydroalcoholic gels: We offer all our guests face coverings and hydroalcoholic gels on arrival to ensure their safety when moving around both inside and outside the hotel.

Additional prevention and equipment for our teams

Here are the equipment and preventive measures implemented for our teams working to ensure your safety:

  • Staff are equipped with face coverings, gloves and hydroalcoholic gel
  • The teams are trained in prevention measures and take special care to wash their hands as regularly as possible and after every interaction
